Cooked ready to serve delicious combo rice mix - High Protein and Low Glycemic Index |
We love Jasmine Rice ! Its fragrant aroma and taste that we are so used to for so many years. We used to eat a lot of it every day. Ever since we found out that the highly processed White Jasmine Rice has a very high Glycemic Index of over 100 GI ( Glycemic Index) which creates immediate blood sugar spikes ( very bad for diabetes) and promotes fat storage, we have been trying to find a combination of various less processed rice mix to enhance the rough taste of just brown rice or red rice. Finally, our friend introduced us to this special combination that taste so good and nutritious that we would like to share it with everyone here. The addition of lentil makes a big difference in texture and taste, especially lentil is so rich in protein plus vitamins and minerals that we need.
