Have you ever tried to find out what is the best way to get
those shiny juicy seeds ( arils) out of the fruit pods and how to eat them the tasty and easy way?

Based on some research, it is most beneficial to eat the entire seed including the inside tiny hard pits.  The juicy arils actually taste sweet, tart, and a little bitter at the pits. The simple way we found was to use a blender and mix them with other sweeter fruits like apple, banana, strawberries, all berries plus liquid like milk, yogurt, into a smoothie health drink. This way, you can enjoy the healthy benefits of pomegranate arils and taste delicious.
